Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropertyPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PropertyPulse is a property maintenance management platform that connects property owners, technicians, and administrators. We provide tools to submit, track, and manage maintenance requests.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PropertyPulse to transmit harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content. You may not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform or interfere with its operation.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Technicians listed on PropertyPulse are independent contractors, not employees or agents of PropertyPulse. PropertyPulse is a technology platform that connects property managers with independent service providers. PropertyPulse does not employ, supervise, direct, or control the work performed by technicians. Users are solely responsible for verifying technician credentials, licenses, and insurance before engaging their services.

9. Limitation of Liability for Technician Actions

PropertyPulse is not responsible for any damages, losses, theft, injury, property damage, or any other harm caused by technicians, clients, or any third party using the platform. By using PropertyPulse, you agree that PropertyPulse's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PropertyPulse in the last 30 days. If you have not made any payments, PropertyPulse's liability is limited to $0.

10. No Warranty on Services

PropertyPulse does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or any other aspect of the services provided by technicians. Users engage technicians entirely at their own risk. PropertyPulse makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the services provided through the platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between property managers, property owners, and technicians must be resolved directly between the parties involved. PropertyPulse is not a party to any service agreement between users and technicians and has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve such disputes. PropertyPulse reserves the right, but not the obligation, to suspend accounts involved in reported disputes pending investigation.

12. User Responsibility

By using PropertyPulse, you agree to: (1) verify the identity and credentials of any technician before granting access to your property; (2) not hold PropertyPulse liable for any actions, omissions, or negligence of technicians; (3) carry appropriate property insurance that covers damage caused by service providers; (4) report any illegal activity directly to law enforcement and not solely to PropertyPulse.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PropertyPulse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and another user.
